Hello,

     My name is Wendell Presgrave and My Service Manager began with me.  In the early 80’s I started a small plumbing company in Northern Virginia which promptly began to grow.  My little company performed more than 45,000 service calls last year in Northern Virginia, suburban Maryland, and the greater San Diego area.
     I discovered early on that I needed a computer program to help me manage my business and I didn’t like anything I saw on the market.  So with the help of many friends we developed My Service Manager. 
     I designed it for my business.  However, so many people wanted to buy it that I couldn’t continue to say no. So here it is, My Service Manager, and just a taste of what it’s capable of.
